Our History

In 2010 FM Consulting celebrated 20 years at the heart of the Costa del Sol real estate market, with completed projects of urban and touristic classification summing a total of more than 1800 properties and several millions of Euros.

FM is a strong, consolidated business with a history and portfolio of well known and key real estate projects with a solid reputation for excellence that is not only unrivalled in Spain, but also throughout the whole of Europe.

The company is based in Marbella, which has its own storied history, most notably as it was the First location for the original “quick get-away” for many European people to enjoy their holidays.

We take pride in the fact that our hard work and passion for what we do has not only shaped our own company history, but that of Marbella and the real estate market as well.
